Guest Guidelines & House Information

We want to do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The following information will help you settle in and care for the space during your visit.

​Upon Arrival​

• Check-in is 4:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Please share your estimated arrival time so we can best accommodate you.

• Parking is available in the driveway (up to two vehicles). Street parking is also available if needed.

• For your safety and convenience, you’ll receive a personalized door code prior to arrival.

• Self check-in is available, or we’re happy to arrange a personal welcome upon request.

During Your Stay

To help preserve the comfort and quality of the home, we kindly ask that you:

• Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Fragrance-free, eco-friendly detergent is provided.

• Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials. Ground coffee is also provided.

• Refrain from using open flames, candles, or the fireplace.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Exterior lights operate automatically for your safety.

• Respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood by minimizing noise, especially in the evenings.

• Please do not send mail or packages to the property without prior approval.

Guests & Visitors​

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Please inform us in advance of any visitors.

• No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.

• Guests assume responsibility for their use of the property and amenities.

Pets

• Approval of all pets is required prior to booking.

• Please clean up after pets (both indoors and outdoors).

• Keep pets off beds and furniture. 

• So as to accommodate future guests who may have allergies, please avoid having animals in the common areas.

• Do not leave pets unattended in the home. Dogs may be left temporarily in the yard if they are comfortable and not prone to anxiety.

Trash, Recycling, & Compost

• A compost bin is located next to the sink for coffee grounds, eggshells, and fruit/vegetable scraps (no meat products, please).

• Trash and single-stream recycling bins are available.

• Please avoid using the garbage disposal—kindly compost or dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.

Check Out

• Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Before departure, we ask that you:

• Dispose of all trash and sort recycling according to the guidelines on the bins.

• Leave towels and kitchen linens in the laundry room.

• Leave bed linens on the beds—we’ll take care of the rest.

• Leave the home in generally tidy condition.

Excessive cleaning needs may incur an additional fee.

Maintenance & Security

• Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

• Do not tamper with safety equipment (smoke detectors, etc.).

• Notify us promptly of any damage or maintenance concerns.

• Home gym equipment is used at your own risk.

• Pottery kiln use requires prior arrangement and a supervision agreement.

• Misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

Booking & Communication

• Please contact us for current pricing and availability. When reaching out, kindly introduce yourself and include the names of all guests (and any pets), even if only staying part of the time.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may include an additional fee.
